What happens with unused hours?
Growth and Scale plans include rollover - up to 10 unused hours can carry over to the next month. Starter does not include rollover.
What if more hours are needed during the month?
Additional hours can be purchased at 60€/hour, depending on availability and project fit.
What’s the difference between Starter, Growth, and Scale?
All packages include a fixed number of monthly hours - the more hours, the lower the hourly rate. Starter is perfect if you need design support without committing too big. Growth gives you more hours and faster turnaround, ideal for teams with consistent needs. Scale offers the most flexibility - more hours, faster response, and room for bigger goals.
How will I know what’s included in the scope?
At the beginning of the partnership, a clear breakdown of deliverables, communication process, and what to expect is shared - making sure everything’s on the same page from day one.
What happens if I cancel or pause?
Work continues until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, everything pauses — no reactivation fees, no pressure. You can pick things back up anytime it makes sense for your team.
What if I don’t need all three services from you?
That’s totally fine. You can use your hours however you want — whether that’s one presentation, a Webflow launch, or ongoing design work. Nothing is locked in, so you only get what you actually need.
